SABA Italy: Construction of a two-storey parking and rehabilitation of public green areas in Genova, via Canevari
The contract concerned the verification of the construction design and subsequent realization of all the works, including supplies, of a “Multi-storey Building” for the conversion of the area ex A.M.G.A. located in via Canevari in Genova into a Car Park with public green and facilities on the roof.
The building is divided into three levels and occupies an area of about 3.900 square meters, whose perimeter is delimited by via Canevari, via Varni, via Gradisca and the churchyard of the Church of the Ten Thousand Martyrs.
The building includes the parking lot located on the two lower levels: the first one is used as a garage and private parkings and the upper one as a rotating public parking.
The sports center on the roof consists of a football/tennis court, 3 bowling green, a locker rooms/office and a green area that covers the entire surface.
The construction of the following systems are an integral part of the work:
- electrical and earth systems;
- lighting;
- elevator;
- ups and emergency generator;
- fire detection;
- telephone and data;
- video surveillance and anti-intrusion;
- sanitary water;
- waste water and rainwater discharge;
- thermal and ventilation;
- water fire fighting with hydrants.
