Whistleblowing
IG Operation and Maintenance S.p.A. makes available to all its employees, collaborators, consultants and other stakeholders a Platform (“whistleblowing”) to report facts or circumstances of fact useful for ascertaining the possible commission of violations falling within the objective scope of application of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Violations may consist of unlawful conduct relevant pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, Model 231, the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, as well as European regulations as indicated in Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
Those who report must report facts of which they have become aware in the context of their work context.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing, IG Operation and Maintenance S.p.A. ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the Reporter and guarantees protection against any retaliatory action or discriminatory behavior due to the Report.
