Our history

IG Operation and Maintenance S.p.A. (IG O&M S.p.A.) is an Engineering Company established in November 2012 by the spin-off of Infrastrutture e Gestioni S.p.A. (IG S.p.A.).

IG S.p.A. was founded in 1999 through the partial demerger of TPL Tecnologie Progetti Lavori S.p.A., founded in 1969, a company belonging to the International Technip Group.

The merger of IG S.p.A. into IG O&M S.p.A. allows the latter to boast a consolidated technical and organizational experience gained in forty years of activity in the construction, management, maintenance and global service of oil and gas pipelines, industrial and pharmaceutical plants as well as in the complete technical maintenance of aircraft for public, military and private Clients – in Italy and abroad, dedicating to such activities highly specialized personnel.

Furthermore the Company has considerable experience in the execution of turnkey contracts (EPC) in the Oil&Gas and Energy sectors, in Italy and abroad.
